The photo shows Carolin Jüngst in an old industrial hall. With her legs in a slight lunge, Carolin stands confidently on her toes in sneakers, looking a little like she's floating. Carolin has her hands in the pockets of her bright blue jogging bottoms. The top is a white and black striped top with spaghetti straps. Her gaze is focused and directed straight ahead at an angle to the left, her lower jaw slightly pushed forward, her long brown hair loose and falling over her shoulders.

Carolin Jüngst

Carolin Jüngst works as a choreographer and performer between Munich and Hamburg. Together with Lisa Rykena, her pieces are created in the duo Rykena/Jüngst in co-production with Kampnagel in Hamburg and in cooperation with HochX in Munich and have also been shown at various venues and festivals, e.g. brut Wien/imagetanz Festival, Outnow Festival Bremen, Hauptsache Frei Festival Hamburg.

Her work is always about the reinterpretation of virtuosity, the imagination and manifestation of different bodies and the affirmation of expressive, humorous and dilettantish bodies. She also deals a lot with the access tool of audio description and its artistic potential and also works as an audio recorder, mostly in the field of dance.
