Çağlar Yiğitoğulları was recently appointed to the “What is the City? Residency Programme of the Münchner Kammerspiele. The actor and performance artist with Turkish roots lives in Germany with an uncertain status. He is now reflecting this situation in a performance project in which he spends ten days physically rolling around the streets of Munich, literally looking at society from the bottom up. In this talk, Yiğitoğulları will provide an insight into his working methods, his artistic career and his experiences as a migrant artist in Germany with insecure status.
