Erwin Aljukić

Erwin Aljukić has roots in Bosnia and Herzegovina origin and was born in 1977 in Ulm. He is an actor, dancer, speaker and a qualified fashion journalist, and has been working in the artistic field for 25 years. In front of the camera, he can be seen in the ARD series Marienhof and in the 2006 film Wo ist Fred? (Where is Fred? – directed by Anno Saul). Since 2014, Erwin has dedicated himself to contemporary dance, which has led to performances with the Axis Dance Company in California and the Candoco Dance Company in London. He has also worked with Jérôme Bel in Gala, Alessandro Schiattarella in Strano and Doris Uhlich in Every Body Electric. Erwin is an active charity worker and campaigns for the likes of Aktion Mensch and is also an ambassador for the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency. His stage work includes productions at the Ulmer Podium and at Stadttheater Trier and he was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Staatstheater Darmstadt from 2018 until 2020. He has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Münchner Kammerspiele since 2020.
